Admission Process

• Eligibility Criteria:
  Age criteria is as per the usual norms.

• Admission Schedule
  Dhapalapur Vidya Vihar School welcomes applications from all parents who support the school’s mission and values. The admissions are open to all students irrespective of caste, creed, gender and nationality.
  
  
  1. Commencement of Availability of Admission Forms: 01 January to 01 June, Timings: 10.00 a.m. – 04.00 p.m.
  2. Submission of duly filled in admission form: Between 01 Feb – 31 Aug, Timings: 10.00 a.m. – 04.00 p.m.
  3. Entrance Test for Student: Date and time will be individually assigned (Its only to check the ability of the child and to provide essential support)

     Grade I to II -English, Math, and EVS, Kannada and Hindi.

     Grades III to VIII – English, Math, Science, Social Science and chosen II Language.

     Proof of the acknowledgement mail needs to be submitted on the day of interaction/entrance test.

  4. Interaction with Parents:(On completion of the registration process, Parents will be called for verification of documents within 7 to 8 working days)
  5. Display of List of Selected Candidates: The Admission lists will be displayed on the School Website as well as on the School Notice Board
  6. Admission formalities: The formalities are to be completed within 03 days of the display of the final list, failing which the seats will be passed on to the candidate in the waiting list.
  7. The date for displaying waiting list, if any: 10 Aug
  8. Closure of Admission: 31 Aug
